Quite literally the building blocks of the industry, any affordable housing developments are a blessing in the fight against the housing crisis and rising homelessness. For this award however, we’re looking for the best of the best, the housing developments that showcase strategic and innovative thinking to raise the bar for social housing in the UK.

Nominations should show evidence of:

  • • Consideration of environmental targets and high ESG standards
  • • Innovative features enriching quality of life for residents
  • • Strong synergy with surrounding infrastructure
  • • Positive resident experience of those living within the development
