All endeavors in the social housing space work towards a universal goal, to enrich our society and the homes we live in from the ground up. “Social Value” is the broad term used to summarise steps towards this goal, however large or small they might be. This category looks to celebrate any projects explicitly aimed at enriching the lives and communities of residents, beyond building homes.

Nominations should show evidence of:

• Projects that have enriched the lives of residents and the wider community
• Real stories of the human benefit made possible through the project
• Knowledge and consideration of overarching social issues
